Overview "KWAN suspects that what he sees in his dream is exactly what happened in his previous existence, but SO explains that he is just experiencing hallucinations and that he has difficulty in distinguishing dreams from reality. SO brings KWAN to WESLEY, hoping to get some advice from him. KWAN tells WESLEY about his nightmare, and discloses that there is a girl called LIN in his dream. WESLEY is astonished to discover that LING and KWAN have had the same nightmare. WESLEY finds that many years ago, LIN, WONG SHING and LEUNG PAK CHUNG provoked CHIN into killing a wealthy merchant, so that they could steal the merchant’s money. But shortly afterwards CHIN was also killed by LIN who wanted to gobble up all the money. LING stages the ribbon cutting ceremony for MRS. WAN’s new shop, during which she meets her ex-husband WOO HIP SING again. LING is so scared that she sneaks away at once……".
